Description
The Statement of Information or Periodic Report shows a company’s owners/officers, business address(es), and business description. A corporation/LLC must file a Statement of Information within 90 days of their Articles of Incorporation/Organization to do business. This statement must be filed annually. If it is not updated in the required time provided by the state late fees will apply and the state has the ability to dissolve the entity in delinquency.
